How to Roll Your Own Sushi

Step 1 – Gather your ingredients. Lay the nori (seaweed paper) flat on the cutting board. 

Step 2 – Spread the rice evenly on the nori.

Step 3 – Place your ingredients in the middle of the nori.

Step 4 – Roll the sushi roll up with your hands and with a maki su until it seals.

Step 5 – Cut the roll into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with furikake seasoning or sesame seeds.

Step 6 – Place the roll on a plate, add ginger and wasabi. Enjoy!
